About: She has over 6 years of academic experience and is actively involved in teaching subjects such as Pharmacognosy, Phytochemistry I & II, and Herbal Drug Technology at M.Pharm, B.Pharm, and D.Pharm levels. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, she has successfully guided postgraduate (M.Pharm) students in their research work. Currently, she is pursuing her Ph.D. from Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya (A Central University), Bilaspur (C.G.).
Her research interest includes Novel extraction methods, Nutraceuticals and Polyherbal formulations with Novel drug delivery system.
She has published several review and research papers in reputed journals including Phytotherapy Research (Wiley Online Library), Current Eye Research, and other Web of Science-indexed journals. She has also authored 2 books, 2 book chapters and one patent.
She has presented and attended more than 40 conferences, seminars, workshops, FDP and webinars at the level of National and International. She is reviewer in various Journals.

He is currently serving as an Associate Professor at Gurunanak College of Pharmacy, Nagpur, Maharashtra, affiliated with RTM Nagpur University. With over 17 years of dedicated teaching experience in Pharmacology and Physiology at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, he has also contributed significantly to diploma-level pharmacy education earlier in his career. He completed his Ph.D. in 2024 from Mandsaur University, Madhya Pradesh, and holds an M.Pharm degree in Pharmacology from Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai.
Dr. Pande's research interests include hepatoprotective activity, herbal formulations, and antidiabetic polyherbal drug development.
He has contributed extensively to the field through his M.Pharm research on Aeschynomene aspera Linn., and has authored over 8 peer-reviewed research publications in reputed journals such as Pharmacognosy Reviews, IJDDT, and International Journal of Ayurvedic Medicine. His work spans pharmacognostic standardization, antimicrobial activity, and synergistic effects of herbal formulations. He has also presented over 9 research papers at various national and international conferences including IPC and APTI conventions.
He is a Life Member of APTI and IPS and has attended numerous faculty development programs, AICTE-sponsored training sessions, and national-level seminars on innovative teaching methodologies and pharmaceutical advancements. He also participated as a speaker in international e-conferences on topics such as STZ-induced diabetes models and the pharmacological evaluation of Azadirachta indica.
